Yesterday is opposite today as tomorrow is opposite of here now. Adapting to the situation happens every heartbeat of lifetimes occupying time as positioned since arrival.
Inception is the arrival of ancestral lineages and conceptions are the arriving results of generations existed so far. Opposite of dead is alive,
Opposite of never existed is currently here as passed on chromosomes to another generation gap, present without reproducing children, dead with or without biological offspring living when you die.
