So it's nefarious when a person is behind the trade but not when an algorithm does it?

No..  The nefarious part is betting on insider trading info.. Even if the AI Algorithm planned it.

How tariffs will affect stocks...How him buying one and mentioning one influences the price.. etc etc

This all makes Solyndra look like an episode of Capatain Kangaroo.  And Hunter Biden's Burisma deal look like a bad breakfast burrito..

But JD Vance did say that today.. Watergate would be a 12 hour news cycle...   Back to the Hunger Games.
