When he first sent it, I saw 90 minutes and thought "Later."

Then I took a long walk and plugged in....it's as good a 90 minutes you will ever spend.

Oh yeah... Walks...   Ever since the turkey incident I have been reluctant.

We talked about the tread mill at the PT places in town.  103F was no joke.  Crawling was difficult.

Thanks for the suggestion..  I am going to buy the Erik Larson book.
