What happened

An ICE agent fatally shot a Houston man in his car early Tuesday during a “targeted enforcement operation,” the agency said in a statement. “From information we are receiving,” Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico, “refused to follow multiple verbal commands and weaponized his vehicle,” causing the agent to fire “in self-defense.”

The three men in the car with Lorenzo Salgado Araujo were also in the U.S. without legal status and are now in immigration detention facing deportation proceedings.

So your 3 "witnesses" who are now in custody were illegals too!
So now we only have to pay for the deportation of 3 illegals and not the 4th who would have been charged with attempted vehicular homicide for trying to run over a federal agent to keep him from doing his job.

Just another case of a stupid illegal who decided to **** around and found out!
So go scream about your perceived injustice elsewhere, scumbag!  Most Americans are quite satisfied with the fact that 4 fewer illegals will be taking jobs from Americans today! 
This is an easy and completely acceptable way that Trump is creating jobs and bringing them back to Americans!
