But Kaplan DID instruct the JURY that the DEFINITION OF RAPE was per the NY State PENAL CODE DEFINITION!! He gave to "clarification" on that one !!
WHY WAS THAT, CUPCAKE?? WHY DID KAPLAN NOT "clarify" the "definition of rape as commonly believed" in his JURY INSTRUCTIONS???
