YOU want some **** **** answer to your **** QUESTION and the ANSWER IS SIMPLE_ it's a HYPOTHETICAL QUESTION to an EVENT that never happened. IT WAS NOT A CRIMINAL CASE, therefore, the question is INVALID and the POINT YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO MAKE IS ONE THAT IS MOOT IN IT'S ENTIRITY!!

WHY DID KAPLAN NOT "clarify" the "definition of rape as commonly believed" in his JURY INSTRUCTIONS???

And that is NOT any "moot point" since Kaplan DID make jury instructions that SAID PLAINLY that the NY STATE PENAL CODE DEFINTION OF RAPE WOULD APPLY HERE!! WHY DID HE NOT "clarify" that the meaning they SHOULD USE would be the "commonly understood one" that he used in his **** OPINION that YOU CLAIM that "Trump committed rape"??
