Is that the only criteria your limited intelligence can accept when all their leaders have been killed, their Navy is at the bottom of the gulf, their communications have been destroyed, they have no defense whatsoever against our Air Force, most of their missiles and the factories that make them have been destroyed, and they are now having their remaining offensive weaponry in the Strait of Hormuz being wiped out every night while most importantly, their nuclear weapons programs have been decimated, which was the primary reason for going to war in the first place?
Only a liberal dope like you would need to hear them say, "WE SURRENDER", and if not it means that the mission was a failure, according to a dope like you!
