President Trump got the Gulf countries to commit to huge new investments in the US that does far more good for this country than invoking some tolls that would have been wasted by the wild spending habits of Congress if those tolls had gone to the US Treasury!
It's my opinion that this was Trump's plan all along, and he got billions in new, long-term investments in the US instead of some temporary toll plan that would have raised the price of oil to the world and hurt Americans!
