WHAT she is saying is that if America does NOT ALLOW... "NON American Citizen", "ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS", WHO have NO RIGHT to Vote for American LAWMAKERS, in AMERICAN Elections... AND THAT... IF THEY are not permitted to vote... THEN, Democrats will NOT be able to win elections in America !!
I THINK the FACT that they are NOT Americans, is why they SHOULD NOT be permitted to vote in American elections. and IF Democrats can't appeal to what's GOOD, and RIGHT for ACTUAL American Citizens... MAYBE THAT'S why they are LEGALLY NOT PERMITTED to VOTE !!
It ALSO, suggest that they KNOW they are CHEATING the American Taxpayers and Citizens...AND DON'T CARE, and MAYBE why America is turning COMMUNIST in FRONT of OUR EYES !!
