Please, I need some advice, while changing outfits in a dressing room, I inadvertently put my clothes back on over the new lingerie. Upon leaving, I was detained by a store employee who digitally penetrated my outer garb with his finger. My question is, do I have grounds for suing the store? It was an honest mistake and I was mortified to be treated like a common whore. So mortified in fact, that I cannot remember when it happened or where the store was.....can you help?

In my opinion you have an excellent chance at litigation, the legislature has recently passed a law that retroactively persecutes any one accused of anything. Since you don't know anything, you have an excellent chance at a nice windfall. You can write me for the name of a marvelous Judge who is sympathetic to the horrific transgressions you have suffered.....in fact, we're meeting for cocktails this afternoon and I'll mention your case to him.
He's very reasonable, so don't worry about the cost.
