Yup, you are a ******.  The fact of the matter is the current AR 15 bans that BV supports are not based on function but based on external features, mostly cosmetic.  

In VA, Jul 1st the AR ban became law and it is based on what I said above.  Not function.  Now, although they are rare, you can own Class III weapons in VA if you have the money and can pass the background check.

Makes no sense.
