Since the driver was ALSO an illegal, who likely had no idea that he was NOT the target that ICE had come for that day, the agent provided a great service by shooting the criminal for attempted murder, saving taxpayers the cost of deporting him when he probably WOULD have been the deportation target tomorrow, or next week!
