Why? Because ALL that THAT does is leads to WASTING $$$ on things that are NOT necessary, or in "Government"... bribing people, funding pet projects, or STUFFING the higher ups pockets !
A much better approach is budget what you need, with a process to find ways to IMPROVE how things are done, with a BONUS for savings achieved, and acknowledgement for "Process Improvement" (PI) !!
Before Trump... U.S. Spending was ALL ABOUT... FINDING ways to WASTE MONEY !
BUT, Trump (a businessman)... is changing that !!
And that's ANOTHER reason why Liberals HATE HIM !!
AMERICA, and AMERICANS, NEED to WAKE up… There is NOTHING “Democratic” about the CURRENT American “Democrat Party”! THEY are more an amalgamation of Totalitarian Marxists, Socialists, Communists, and Globalists… who are BENT on TAKING, and then KEEPING power... & where ultimately the American PEOPLE will have NO SAY AT ALL in how we are GOVERNED... and our "Democracy" will be DEAD!!
