It's being reported the Presidential Library will have to close due to the high costs of electricity requirements.....seems Obama was the real "Clairvoyant".

President Barack Obama stated during a January 2008 interview with the San Francisco Chronicle editorial board: "Under my plan of a cap-and-trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket."
