You need to think beyond 8 days a week man.
am vs pm division is between dawn, noon, dusk, mid night.
Don't forget how north and south of the equator are separate seasons same rotation with temperate zones where dawn is only same at both polar caps 2 days a year with the equator. That is called an equinox compared to winter solstice either June or December. Yet January becomes the first month of a new year 1461 days on a calendar with the planet only completing 1460 rotations every February 29.
Dawn is the leading edge of the planet revolving around the star rotating counterclockwise so it appears the sun moves clockwise dawn to dusk. Don't play kinetic results against potential differences of opinions built by hope, faith, and charity people are exempt from the rest of the food chain native to this atmosphere humanity corrupts its own species each generation added since dawn of civilization.
