What Capital One did was to look at the pattern of FLAGGED transactions and conclude that continuing to serve the accounts could expose them to federal investigation and even sanction.

Now, IF what you are saying about "opening them up for investigation" was TRUE, why were no SARS filed which would have CLEARED THEM of any liability or ANY KIND per the LAW?? The INVESTIGATION then would be about TRUMP, not Capital One or any OTHER bank!!
