THE FACTS ARE SIMPLE, a BANK filing SARs are shielded from CIVIL LIABILITY!!
Capital One is NOT claiming that they are protected under the Bank Secrecy act because they filed SARs against Trump.
And the reason being, they NEVER filed any!! AND IF THEY HAD, the FACT REMAINS a ByeDUMB Federal investigation of Trump WOULD have happened, and it would have been SHOUTED LOUD AND OFTEN!!
