What is the SAR filing threshold?

In the US, a SAR must be filed for the following cases: Cash transactions exceeding $10,000 (daily aggregate amount), and

Awww. Keep CHASING ME!!

and you left out the part where it says the REASON(s) it is TRIGGERED...
Transactions or patterns totaling generally $5,000 or more ($2,000 for money services) where the institution suspects illegal conduct or money laundering.

AND for the REAL reasons for filing SARs....
Actually, cash transactions exceeding $10,000 trigger a Currency Transaction Report (CTR) rather than a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR), though cash over $5,000 ($2,000 for money services businesses) with a known or suspected crime requires a SAR. A SAR must be filed for suspicious or potential criminal activities like money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing.

And NOW, since Capital One said in their FILING that NO ACCUSATIONS WERE MADE that any CRIME had been committed, there is, in their OWN WORDS, NO SARs FILED!!!

It must really SUCK being the **** IDIOT YOU ARE, CUMBUCKET!!

Wanna still CHASE ME NOW, ****??  :die:   :die:   :die:
