I posted THE RULES for SARs.
YOU refuse to accept that a SARS is NOT REQUIRED, even if "suspicious" transactions are flagged by the AML committee/person. ONLY IF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY IS SUSPECTED OR CAN BE SHOWN TO HAVE OCCURRED is a SARs required!!!
AND you have NOT SHOWN that Capital One filed ANY SARs, or even DIDN'T file any, only that you ASSUME they did!! YOUR ASSUMING isn't evidence that they did or didn't, cupcake!! FACTS matter and you have NONE!!
I can say FACTUALLY that there is NO EVIDENCE that SARs were filed by Capital One and that is PROVEN by the fact Trump was NOT ACCUSED OR ANY WRONGDOING IN THE COURT FILINGS!! HENCE, there is NO REQUIREMENT TO FILE SARs.
YOU on the other hand are making ASSUMPTIONS with NO FACTS, ****!!
