Enes Kanter Freedom was a better than average player who was also a human rights activist.  He spoke out big time against China and XI Jinping.  He believes he was pushed out of the NBA because if the NBAs involvement with China.  He is Turkish and his father was arrested for allegedly belonging to a tourist group/. Freedom was arrest by assoiciation but released. He was later under a search warrant in Turkey.  From Wiki:

He was also very critical of the Turkish President.

Both can no longer play in the NBA and are looking for a new home.  They don't belong in the WNBA.
