Objective Fact.

1.  The court ordered the removal of the Trump name.

2.  Repairs unrelated to the name change have to be completed.

3.  The board has voted this to be on the facade:

"Restored and Renovated By President Donald J. Trump" to the end of the center's formal name, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Democratic Rep. Joyce Beatty of Ohio and her lawyers said in a statement. Beatty said the board also voted to close the center for two years.

4.  The board voted to close the center for 2 years until renovations are done.
