So starting with making it HARDER for an ILLEGAL BALLOT TO BE CAST is a great thing, unless you are a **** and depending on those to win with, which they ALL do.
It's NO SECRET that dead people, illegals, and fraudulent MAIL IN BALLOTS are rampant in the **** PARTY!! They won't admit it, but the entire world knows how they cheat.
