And this ruling says that the 23 states brought their suit prematurely because the USPS hadn't made their final rule. Since then the USPS has n made their rule final and the EP can be challenged again for the final ruling by the SC.

What the SC is saying is yesterday's ruling is just a pause.

Well, you ARE correct in that it's NOT VOTER RESTRICTION in any manner!!

What the "EP" which is an EO, DUMB ****, does is PREVENT STATES FROM MAILING OUT BALLOTS TO ILLEGALS or to EVERYONE that lives in the State without them REQUESTING ONE!! And it REQUIRES that list of those who DO request one to have traceable means on the envelopes such as bar codes. THAT WAY, the USPS knows that a ballot is SUPPOSED TO GO to this address and not some **** batch of ballots heading out to be voted ILLEGALLY which is what you **** HAVE BEEN DOING FOR DECADES!!,

Now, UNTIL there is some HARM DONE, which there WON'T BE to an actual VOTER, then you COMMIES have no foundation to bring any lawsuit!!
