Those aren't wild horses they're feral horses. They are an introduced species and a detriment to native wildlife. They don't belong there. They usually only bring "meat" price if that. For someone looking for a horse they really aren't worth the cost of the hay that they burn or the fuel and time to transport them. Try one some time, you'll be sorry you did. LOL.

There are lots of hungry people and horse makes a good enough meal.
The presence of European settlers in North America can be viewed as an invasive force that disrupted the lives and cultures of Native American populations, who were the original inhabitants of the land. Do you see where this is going?
