He’ll fight hard to make sure the results are fair, and in the end he’ll accept the result whatever it is.

Joe Biden, on 21 January, 2020 at whatever time, became the 46th US President per the Constitution. Whether Trump did it gracefully or not.

The election was not suspended, nor was the transition of power.
