You mean the guy whose conviction was overturned by the NH supreme court because the trial judge suppressed the confession of the guy was doing it?  You conveniently left out that part. OR, your TDS is so **** rampant you failed to check on a two year old story?

I knew about that because it took some work to confirm his party affiliation. 

It was remanded back to the district court, where he is currently negotiating.
