Why?? Because REMANDED means that the COURT has to CORRECT AND OVERTURN the conviction because the SUPREME COURT said so, ****!! DUE TO ERRORS!! And it did!!! So there is NO CONVICTION!!
You can slice it a million ways if you want, but the FACT IS, the CONVICTION WAS OVERTURNED!!! And no sign of it being RETRIED since the EVIDENCE THAT WAS DISALLOWED will kick the State's case in the ***!!
