Oh, and it was REMANDED BACK to the lower court since the conviction was NOT overturned WITH PREJUDICE!! THAT is how COURTS handle things.
Since the DA has YET to refile charges, the "negotiations" are likely for a NON-REFILING of this **** CHARGE!!
