It does not exist in the domain of international law. 

In the domain of providing prepubescent rape victims to the EU elite, it exists.
In the domain of providing a testing ground for NATO's weapons against Russia's, it exists.
In the domain of testing whether transgendered and gay militaries can threaten militaries of men, it exists.
 

Is not international law created by choices ancestries made throughout history of generation gaps reciting possibilities life exceeds personal hearts beating as their brain navigates time lived since conception.

Each human brain evolved from the nucleus of their fertilized cell. Chromosomes create unique ancestors in flowing DNA results inhabiting space daily here.

this is as specific as life happens 24/7 without words distorting actual time adapting personally alive now in ever changing form between original fertilized cell and decomposed corpse in each of the 5 remaining generation gaps living this rotation of the planet in the last 2 centuries.

My parents were born early 1920's, their parents were born in the 1890's. My children were born in the second half of the 1980's and my grandchildren were born after 2020. Living works in series parallel time displaced as genetically present now or never existed in any ancestral lineage since inception of ancestral lineages alive today.

Extinction event is when ancestries don't reproduce another generation gap so far regardless how that arrives by social self infliction trying to prove now isn't eternity or natural disasters.
