The 300$ Billion collected from tariffs, before the Supreme  Court ordered refunds, is supposed to cover the 1.2$ Trillion dollar Trump dividend..

Supposedly the money has to be spent in US.  How he puts expats out is yet another MAGAmethical Mystery..
