According to information provided to Tracy by Jilian Kalosky, a private investigator hired by Rosen’s attorney, a man named William Bothelo said that he voted in Rosen’s name “three or four times.”
The warrant shows Tracy then interviewed Bothelo who said that he told his sister Bonnie Carney about using Rosen’s name to vote. However, Bothelo also stated he was not familiar with his sister’s whereabouts and that he hasn’t spoken to her since telling her about using Rosen’s name to vote.
However, during an interview, Tracy had with Carney on Jan. 6, 2021, Carney said that her brother never told her about using Rosen’s name to vote.
In an interview with Tracy, Bothelo was unable to provide any details of voting under Rosen’s name beyond a verbal statement. Bothelo claims he learned from Rosen’s butler that Rosen was in trouble for double voting. It was only after learning about the investigation into Rosen’s alleged double voting that Bothelo gave a statement to Kalosky.
Although Bothelo agreed to appear at an investigative Grand Jury in Grafton County, he refused to appear after a date was secured for his testimony.
