You won't like the actual answer. Same people that get them now. This whole debate is optics and psychological class warfare between ruling elites, hired management by institutions of relative time indoctrination, teaching every last ancestor born how to recite ideas nobody can disprove the concept now isn't eternity with all the facts developed throughout history of manifesting better tomorrows 7 days a week and reproductions only exist adapting in space now..
