- A candidate, campaign, or organization creates a donation page on ActBlue.
- Supporters donate through that page.
- ActBlue processes the payment.
- The funds are forwarded to the candidate or organization selected by the donor.
- Required campaign-finance reports are filed with the appropriate government agencies.
THAT'S HOW IT WORKS... or WORKED (past tense)... it's NOW been EXPOSED !!
