He won't state the real reason California's price is so high.....I suspect he was a low level bureaucrat that worked for a municipality and he likes to cover for his fellow parasites. My guess is he was a flunkie at a DMV office who liked to hassle old ladies and throw as many roadblocks at them as possible, trying to renew a car registration. He retired at 50 years of age after putting in 25 years.....his replacement just retired after his "career" of servicing the public. Currently the new hire is now following the footsteps of his/her predecessor.....which brings me to the point. The Eggplant has been drawing his government pension for 25 years now, his replacement has just begun drawing his pension, and the new employee is sucking a weekly salary.....this means there are now 3 people being paid for one little insignificant, pissant position.
