I say it has nothing to do with "communism". And the reason is the precipitous rise coinciding with 2ndBesty the Imbecile waging a war he is incompetent to prosecute.

I didn't say it had anything to do with communism.  Why the strawman.  if you recall I said the was was PART of CA's high prices.  But not all of that. 

That is why it is important that you agree with this:

I acknowledge that CA's fuel prices (all) are generally always significantly higher than the national avg.
