TRACKING, like any package or letter in the USPS system can provide, ENDS a lot of the "chain of custody" issues. IF it's shown as DELIVERED, photos are required to PROVE delivery now. So that's an EASY remedy for this from happening. NO PHOTO, you ask WHY and someone better come clean or end up in PRISON!! Or both.

This is one reason so many preferred using UPS or FEDEX for packages before the USPS got SMART on their tracking system. Even AMAZON has a tracking system that is very good.

I have had multiple issues with "tracking" demonstrating that it is not even close to infallible.

Photo of my package on some neighbor's porch and an email notification declaring it "delivered".
USPS, UPS, Amazon, FEDEX, etc... They have all **** up a simple delivery in some fashion. ALL tracked.

Your post is way off. Many delivery people have more interest in their hairdo, fingernails and tattoos.
Professionalism and pride in a job well done went bye bye long ago for so many people.
