I started watching this video because it is a Judicial Watch effort.
Skim over some highlights, I thought.
I ended up watching the whole thing because it kind of skewers past and present administrations, FBI, etc.

To me it's a slice of American bureaucracy as it rolls today.
Entrapment, scapegoating, red tape, lack of accountability, 180° flip-flops...
