On Feb. 23, 2026 diesel was 4.94 in California

It is up 71%

In Texas, it was 3.49.

It is up 70%.


This explains so much....it isn't just innumeracy, it is outright hostility to the very idea.....

 

Thanks for proving my point a large part of the reason CA diesel prices are so high is self inflited.  On Feb 3rd CA prices were 1.45 higher without any war.
