In THIS case, TRUMP wanted to put the bases in because they ARE CRITICAL for our "Missile Umbrella", and our National Defense !
IF Russia and/or China ever launched their nukes at us... we would KNOW they were coming (because of our space assets), but NO capability to destroy them in flight.. and Greenland is RIGHT in the sweet spot that we needed to do that...
SO, If Russia/China launch missiles... WHO are YOU proposing protects the America people and KNOCKS those missiles OUT of the SKY? MEXICO??
