Imagine the lunacy behind the idea of raising taxes to things more affordable

have to kind of thank Kelly for being so stupid and saying this right before the midterms

 

I looked at the highlights. Seems like a big government support's wet dream.  Restrict institutions from buying starter homes, play with the capital gains tax to incentivize older Americans to downsize their home so their are more homes on the market, no federal taxes on those making less than the cost of living, lower taxes for those up to 160,000, and a millionaire surcharge tax.
