The Leahy Law is a U.S. statutory provision that prohibits the U.S. government from providing military assistance or training to foreign security force units if there is credible information that the unit has committed gross violations of human rights (GVHR), such as torture, extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearances, or rape under color of law
I have a better idea, repeal it.
