This is not lie:

DB did not fact check the tweet when they wrote their article the day after fox online ran with the story.

If they did they would have made some comment about the tweet.  

They contacted FOX...They say so, and tell you how FOX responded.

That makes your assertion a lie....

 

And yet, I have posted the FOX online article written a day prior to their article about 5 times now.  DB suck at factchecking.
