So many cases done in criminal court found not guilty, end up in civil court winning millions of dollars from a person found not guilty of the criminal charges.
Oh wait that is what was done to Trump in 2016, and people acting like trump supporters staged Jan 6, 2021 try and secure he didn't run again in 2024.
