Minnesota House of Representatives: Passed 70 to 61.
Democrats (DFL): 70 voted Yes / 0 voted No.
Republicans: 0 voted Yes / 61 voted No.

Minnesota State Senate: Passed 34 to 33.
Democrats (DFL): 34 voted Yes / 0 voted No 
Republicans: 0 voted Yes / 33 voted No.

You're probably wondering exactly what was voted on that caused such a stark divide between the parties....well, I'm going to inform you.

The bill provided funding for the insertion of drugs thru the rectum......that's right you read it correctly,  The Rectum.
