You keep referring back to an OPINION in which the FACT THAT NO JURY FOUND TRUMP GUILTY OF RAPE was the PARAPHRASED FIRST SENTENCE in that opinion, ANYTHING beyond that FACT is bloviating., which Kaplan did massively. IF you are going to be a NATION OF LAWS, then you have to follow the LAW as the jury in the civil trial did, MORON!!

TRUMP WAS NOT FOUND GUILTY OF RAPING CARROLL. PERIOD!!! EVEN KAPLAN'S JURY INSTRUCTIONS STATED THAT THEY HAD TO FOLLOW NY STATE PENAL CODE IN DETERMINING IF RAPE OCCURRED. THEY FOUND IT DIDN'T!!
