Second, he's lying about cutting off a few pennies. If he tried, the democrats you put your hopes in would join the republicans in passing veto-proof legislation blocking Trump from blocking those pennies. They all belong to the same interests - the MIC and AIPAC, both of which want those welfare dollars sent to israel.
