You don't get to decide what constitutes a stupid comment for society.
Also sure you can say this is my opinion. But it is my opinion for very obvious reasons. How can there be any benefit to society for permitting the things I do not regard to be protected?
And it also really doesn't matter what the law is. even if the law did reflect my opinion perfectly it would still be my opinion lol. Nothing is 'true' about law.
