Democrats have been USING the "Ready Made" CORRUPT Welfare system as THEIR OWN PRIVATE PIGGY BANK... APPEALING to the people of America for MORE PUBLIC ASSISTANCE for the POOR... AS THEY THEN Subverted the system, with kick-back, skimming, and other FRAUDULENT schemes... to line their OWN pockets, and the pockets of their political friends !
