I saw discussion it was used in VZ on the Maduro Operation to debilitate the military personnel on guard. If so, this is a game changing weapon for humanity.

I remember in Frank Herberts Dune.. hey had a hand held device that used voice to activate a "round" of force to incapacitiate an enemy.
Paul Atreidies would chant "Muaah Dihb" and launch a burst at his foe..

Dum dum, EMP weapons are not directly lethal to people.  They kill electronics and chips.  Learn the subject matter you wish to discuss.
