When he walked TOWARD her, her car was backing up!  Not very dangerous to be in front of a car that's driving in reverse, is there?  And when she shifted into drive, she couldn't possibly miss the fact that an agent was standing in front of her car pointing a gun at her.

That's what we call attempted murder with a vehicle.  Get that fact through your head!
